Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the ko999 platform, including the website https://ko999.bio and all services offered through it. These T&C form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ko999 ("the Company", "we", "us"). Access to and use of ko999 is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on ko999, you unconditionally agree to these T&C in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms you must not use the ko999 platform. ko999 reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 1

Player Eligibility

Access to ko999 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. ko999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• 1.1Age You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ko999 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will verify age during the registration process. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited without appeal.
• 1.2Jurisdiction It is your sole responsibility to confirm that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ko999 does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm legality in every location. Players who access ko999 from a restricted jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk.
• 1.3Identity You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure.
• 1.4One Account Per Person Each individual may hold only one active ko999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. All associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances or winnings will be forfeited.
• 1.5Mental Capacity You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair judgement when registering or placing wagers. ko999 accepts no liability for decisions made while impaired.

Section 2

Account Registration and Verification

Registration on ko999 is free of charge. By completing registration you confirm that all eligibility criteria in Section 1 are met and that all information you provide is truthful, current, and complete. ko999 may refuse any registration at its sole discretion.

• 2.1KYC Verification ko999 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and approved.
• 2.2Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ko999 support immediately at [email protected].
• 2.3Account Suspension ko999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account it reasonably suspects is being used in violation of these T&C, or where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected. Where feasible, ko999 will communicate the reason to the account holder via the registered contact details.
• 2.4Account Closure by Player You may request closure of your ko999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any outstanding bonus balance that has not yet met rollover requirements will be forfeited.
• 2.5Dormant Accounts An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ko999 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is deducted from their balance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on ko999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ko999 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion. The table below summarises the current payment methods, limits, and expected processing times.

• 3.1Deposit Responsibility Players are responsible for ensuring all payment details provided are accurate. ko999 cannot reverse a deposit sent to an incorrect account number due to player error. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 3.2Withdrawal Verification ko999 may require KYC completion before processing your first withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 3.3Withdrawal Limits Daily withdrawal limits apply as shown above. Players requiring a higher limit may contact support to request a review. Approval of any increase is at ko999's sole discretion and may require additional KYC documentation.
• 3.4Chargebacks Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile financial service provider while ko999 has processed or is processing a valid withdrawal will be treated as fraud. ko999 reserves the right to permanently close the account and pursue recovery of all disputed funds.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ko999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer in addition to the general conditions in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• 4.1Wagering Requirements Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a rollover before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer. Failure to complete rollover within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• 4.2Bonus Eligibility Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Reload bonuses and seasonal promotions are available to active players as specified in each offer. Players whose accounts have been flagged for bonus abuse are not eligible for any promotional offer.
• 4.3One Bonus at a Time Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If a deposit is made while a bonus is active, the new deposit will not automatically trigger a second bonus. The existing bonus must be completed or forfeited before a new bonus can be applied.
• 4.4Bonus Abuse ko999 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including placing opposing bets to guarantee a rollover outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting low-house-edge games exclusively during a bonus period. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• 4.5Bonus Validity All bonuses have an expiry date from the time they are credited to your account. The validity period will be stated in the specific bonus offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.

Section 5

Responsible Gaming

ko999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players and form part of the platform's obligations under these T&C.

• 5.1Deposit Limits Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• 5.2Self-Exclusion Players who feel gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion the player cannot log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications.
• 5.3Session Time Limits Players may set session time reminders or hard session cut-offs via account settings. When a session time limit is reached the player will be automatically logged out.
• 5.4Reality Checks Players may enable periodic on-screen reality check notifications displaying the total time spent in the current session and the net win or loss. These notifications are designed to help players make informed decisions about continued play.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ko999. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the player.

• 6.1Fraudulent Activity Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; initiating false chargebacks; impersonating another person; submitting falsified identity documents; or making any misrepresentation to ko999 staff or systems.
• 6.2Money Laundering Using ko999 to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. ko999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any investigation related to financial crime.
• 6.3Technical Exploitation Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate credits or winnings. Any such activity will be treated as fraud and prosecuted accordingly.
• 6.4Collusion Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format, including sharing hole cards in poker-style games, coordinating bets in live casino games, or using shared accounts to circumvent individual betting limits.
• 6.5Harassment Using ko999's live chat, support channels, or any other communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse ko999 staff or other players. ko999 reserves the right to immediately close accounts and refer matters to law enforcement where harassment is severe.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the ko999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the ko999 brand name — is the intellectual property of ko999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved worldwide.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ko999 platform without prior written consent from ko999. Unauthorised use of ko999 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko999 limits its liability to players as described in the clauses below.

• 8.1Service Interruption ko999 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond ko999's reasonable control. ko999 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in all cases.
• 8.2Game Outcomes ko999 does not influence or modify game outcomes. All games are provided by certified third-party studios using independently audited RNG systems. ko999 is not liable for game outcomes or financial losses resulting from a player's wagering decisions.
• 8.3Maximum Liability Where ko999 is found liable to a player, ko999's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 9

Amendments to These Terms

ko999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, ko999 will notify registered players via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification. The updated T&C will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of ko999 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
